Everyone should have a pealess whistle and a good mirror if they're adventuring outdoors, and I like to carry a small lightweight roll of orange tape to leave a trail SAR can track just in case-- if you have to move. Tying a lil piece on here and there increases your footprint when they're searching. Also, if you're disoriented and start seeing your tape again, you're walking in circles.[endtext]
